Because of other events taking place in Paris, we highly recommend to book your hotel room before May, 1st 2008. Until that date, a limited block of rooms is guaranteed for the IFCLA’s 2008 Conference. After this date, rooms can be reserved upon availability. Service: The amount includes the price of the room and the continental breakfast per night. All extras must be paid directly to the hotels
Deposit: In order to confirm a reservation, a credit card guarantee is required. Visa, MasterCard or American Express are accepted. The credit card will be used only as a guarantee in case of cancellation or no-show. Payment is made directly to the hotel upon check-out.
Cancellation: For cancellations received between 6 days and 3 days prior to check-in, Sofitel Faubourg charges 50% of the total amount for administration fee. For cancellations received within 72 hours of check-in, the total amount of your reservation will be charged. The published rates are quoted in Euros, on a nightly basis and include VAT and breakfast. All reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, so early booking is advised. Confirmation of the reservation will be sent to you in due course. Check-in time: 3.00 p.m. Check-out time: 12.00 p.m.
