Vincent Martinaud
Counsel and manager, IBM France
Vincent Martinaud is Counsel and manager for IBM France, which he joined in 2004. Before that, he was a lawyer in private practice for ten years, working for Rambaud Martel law firm then Clifford Chance, mainly in the litigation and M&A areas. In his current role, he is responsible for the litigation and financial services sectors, including the regulatory aspects of IBM France Financement. Since 2014, he is also in charge of data privacy for IBM at European level, and he works on the implementation of the GDPR. Centre of competence for artificial intelligence related legal questions, Vincent holds a law degree in General Private Law from University Paris 2, Assas Panthéon (DEA Droit Privé Général).
